This project was a full transformation from the ground up. What began as a complete gut renovation required reimagining every detail, including thoughtful input on the layout to enhance both flow and function.

Inspired by the feel of a high-end New York loft, the design incorporates concrete floors, statement lighting, and curated accent walls to create a space that feels both bold and sophisticated.

Navy was introduced as a key accent throughout, bringing depth and a sense of calm that softens the urban edge and creates a serene, elevated atmosphere.

The result is a refined, city-driven aesthetic that blends edge with intention, delivering a truly elevated urban retreat.
