Full-service design for renovations, new construction, and major interior projects. We guide the process from early planning and design through material selections, coordination with the project team, and final installation, integrating our targeted services throughout to ensure every detail works together from start to finish.
Full-Service Design Package
A comprehensive, start-to-finish design experience for new construction projects. We manage every detail from concept through completion, creating a cohesive home that reflects your lifestyle and vision.
This service includes design development, detailed construction drawings, renderings, layout drawings, space planning, finish and material selections, cabinetry and lighting design, furnishings, procurement, and project management. We work closely with architects, builders, and contractors to ensure every detail is thoughtfully designed and seamlessly executed.

New Build Package
In the new build package we provide comprehensive design guidance for new construction projects, helping you make the right selections and decisions from the beginning. This service includes finish and material selections, cabinetry and lighting design, space planning, furnishings, procurement, and collaboration with your builder and architect throughout the process.
Unlike our Full Service Design package, this service does not include renderings, layout drawings, or detailed construction documents. These services may be added later for an additional fee if desired.

Renovation Package
Our renovation services are tailored to projects of every scale, from a single room to an entire home. We offer a range of support, from a streamlined selection and procurement service to a full white glove experience with comprehensive project management.
Services may include finish and material selections, cabinetry and lighting design, space planning, furnishings, procurement, and collaboration with your contractor throughout the renovation process. Renderings, layout drawings, and construction documents are not included as part of this service, but may be added at any time for an additional fee

Flexible design support for specific stages or components of a project. These services can stand on their own or complement a full-service engagement.
Layout Development
We create thoughtful, functional layouts that form the foundation of each space. Through detailed space planning, we develop furniture plans, cabinetry layouts, and room configurations with exact dimensions to ensure each space is both beautiful and functional while guiding the overall design of the home.
Renderings
Our renderings are professionally developed, to-scale visualizations created from the exact dimensions and layouts of your home. Unlike concept images or inspiration generated through platforms such as ChatGPT, these renderings are based on the actual measurements, architectural details, and selected materials for your project.
This allows you to accurately visualize the space before construction or installation begins and ensures the design can be executed exactly as shown.

This service is designed to thoughtfully furnish and style your home, whether you are completing a single room or multiple spaces. We curate furnishings, lighting, rugs, art, window treatments, and accessories to create a cohesive and elevated design.
This service may be tailored from a streamlined selection and ordering package to a full white glove experience, including procurement, delivery coordination, installation, styling, and final placement.
Shopping concierge
Our Shopping Concierge service is designed for clients who need assistance selecting pieces for a specific room or sourcing a single item. Whether you are searching for the perfect sofa, lighting, rug, artwork, or finishing touches, we curate selections that fit your style, space, and budget.
This service is ideal for clients who do not need full design services but would like professional guidance in making confident, cohesive selections.

A brief 15-minute call to discuss your project scope, goals, and timeline. This call helps us determine if we are the right fit and whether to move forward with an Initial Consultation.

Initial Consultation
The first step in working with us is to schedule an initial consultation. This in person or virtual meeting is where we go over the project, take pictures, and notes on design preferences.

Bid Proposal Submission
Following the initial consultation, we'll prepare and submit a detailed proposal outlining our scope of work and investment fee.

Contract Submission
Once the proposal is approved, I send my contract and scope of work for approval, gather contractor bids, then we'll enter the planning phase. This involves further discussions to finalize project details, such as layout and all of the furnishings and material selections.

Questionnaire
Our design questionnaire is one of the first steps in getting to know you, your lifestyle, and the way you want your home to feel. It helps us better understand your vision, daily routines, aesthetic preferences, and the details that matter most to you so we can create a home that feels intentional, personal, and beautifully reflective of your story.

Execution
With a solid plan in place, we'll proceed to the execution phase. We will set a construction date and our team will work diligently to bring your project to life, keeping you updated on progress every step of the way.

With a solid plan in place, we'll proceed to the execution phase. We will make selections, order, and receive all delivered items. We will set an installation date and our team will work diligently to bring your project to life, keeping you updated on progress every step of the way.

Procurement and Reimbursement
The Designer shall manage the ordering and procurement of materials, furnishings, fixtures, and related items necessary to execute the approved design. The Designer may or may not make such purchases on behalf of the Client to maintain project timelines and design integrity. Prior to Purchase a “mood board with a virtual sign-off’s will be sent, as well as a spreadsheet to show cost of selected items.
The Client agrees to reimburse the Designer in full for all purchased items within seven (7) calendar days of receiving a reimbursement request or invoice. Failure to reimburse within this period may result in suspension of work or delay in project delivery and a late fee of 1% of the total amount due, every day until the debt is paid. All purchased items shall remain the property of the Designer until reimbursement is received in full.
